We will begin taking appointments Monday, May 18th. For the time being, our on-line booking wil not be available. Governor DeWine announced that spas can reopen effective May 15th. However; we made the decision to wait until May 26th so as to properly retrain our spa teams on all of our new protocols and procedures. What have we done to The Woodhouse since your last visit? To further improve air quality, we've installed "hospital grade" air filtration and installed Ultraviolet Air Purification units in all of our heating and Air Conditioning units. We've also added HEPA filtration unit in our Nail Room. To improve sanitation, we have also added a hand sink in our nail room We also added an additional air conditioner for our nail room We have replaced and upgraded a lot of our equipment We have replaced and upgraded our furntiure We purchased Ozone generators that will be used each night after closing to further sanitize the air We contracted with MicroShield 360 to disinfect and sanitize every room in the spa. The MicroShield process creates a protective barrier that inhibits the growth of virus, bacteria and mold Of course, this is only a short list of what we have been working on for the past 8-weeks. We could have reopened on May 15th. But in order to ensure that The Woodhouse is "perfect," we decided to postpone our reopening until May 26th. We are committed to exceed your expectations and continue to be "The Best of Columbus" every year! Parking When visiting the Woodhouse for three hours or less, feel free to use the Darby Street parking lot.
